Oxford Playhouse is an independent theatre in Beaumont Street, Oxford. It was designed by Edward Maufe and F. G. M. Chancellor.
Oxford Playhouse has been at the cultural heart of Oxford for over 80 years. Their inspirational program of work encompasses world-class performance on stage, creative learning projects supports literacy in schools. They also work with over 15,000 young people a year through our young people’s theatre company and community activities.
